SF Premiere of Kindergarten to College Mini-Documentary

Kindergarten to College’s new mini-documentary, A Foot in the Door, premiered in San Francisco on November 1, 2012. We also announced the full roll out of K2C to all SFUSD schools and our partnership with the 1:1 Fund to incorporate individual donors into the program.

3rd Annual SF Financial Planning Day

On October 20, 2012, we hosted our 3rd annual Financial Planning Day and connected over 470 attendees to one-on-one financial counseling with certified financial planners and credit counselors. View photos from the day here.

CFED awarded the 2012 Assets & Opportunity Award to the Cities for Financial Empowerment Coalition which is co-chaired by Jonathan Mintz, Commissioner of the New York Department of Consumer Affairs, and José Cisneros, Treasurer of the City and County of San Francisco. SF OFE Co-Hosts Financial Content Training
